In-Store Purchases
You can return any merchandise purchased from our stores at your nearest Piede Shoes branch within 10 days of the purchase date.
Online Purchases
For an exchange, simply visit any Piede Shoes store with a digital copy of your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an order is cancelled or cannot be delivered. The refund will be provided as a coupon code to be used for a future purchase on our website.
Cancellations
Piede Shoes reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.
Online Exclusive Collection: Returns & Policy
If you need to return a product from our Online Exclusive collection, please ensure it is in its original condition with all tags and a copy of your invoice. Ship the item to our warehouse via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at your own expense.
Once we receive and inspect the product, a coupon code for the same amount will be issued within 7 working days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable and no exchanges are available for the Online Exclusive collection.
